Call for Abstracts

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

All abstracts must be prepared according to the submission guidelines provided below:

The official language of the meeting is English. Each participant can submit up to two abstracts as presenting author. However, only one can be considered for oral communication.

Please use the Microsoft Word file Abstract Template available below.
The template contains the detailed instructions to prepare the abstract. The abstract must not exceed one A4 page.

Decision of acceptance of oral or poster communications will be made by the Scientific Committee upon evaluation of the submitted abstracts. The abstract file should be saved as “Name_Surname_1.doc (or docx). The number corresponds to the number of submitted abstracts by the same registrant.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts (only abstracts of registered participants will be included).
